Mission The Center for Spiritual Understanding is dedicated to helping people understand that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience. That understanding will enable individuals and humankind to grow in love and compassion so people live in harmony, peace, and brotherhood.
The Center is performing activities that will help humankind remove the veil between the afterlife and this life. Four groups are meeting at the Center regularly to discuss the afterlife and afterlife communication.
People who have had afterlife connection experiences, near-death experiences, after-death communications, and other encounters with the afterlife are able to share them in an open, trusting, accepting atmosphere, without fear of being thought strange or disturbed. Sensitive people who see spirits or know things they don't learn from the senses are able to speak about what happens to them without fear of not being believed or accepted. And those who come to the Center listen to their stories and be inspired by them.
Afterlife Connections Workshop, July 28-29 The Center for Spiritual Understanding is sponsoring a two-day workshop bringing together acknowledged experts in afterlife connections from around the country. The location is Gig Harbor, Washington. The workshop will include the following presentations and readings:

The entry fee for Saturday is by a tax-deductible donation of $50 or more to the Center for Spiritual Understanding.
The first activity on Sunday, in which Craig Hogan leads participants in a group session using hypnosis to help participants possibly have their own connections with loved ones who have passed is included in the donation fee. Register for the workshop here.
Medium Necole Stephens, beginning at 12 noon, Sunday will hold an "Angel Kisses" Group Reading for anyone interested in connecting with their loved ones in spirit that have crossed. The fee for that event is $50 paid directly to Necole via her website. Necole will also be hosting private readings as well on Saturday and Sunday for anyone who is interested, whether you come to the Saturday sessions or not. The rates for the private sessions are a half an hour for $100 and a full hour for $200. You must pre-register for the "Angel Kisses" Event and schedule private readings via Necole's website at necolestephens.com. Please note no tickets will be sold at the door.
One of the primary current activities of the Center is to promote the use of Guided Afterlife Connections. In a Guided Afterlife Connection, a person whose loved one has transitioned off of the Earth plane and is now living on the next plane of life is helped to have his or her own connection with the loved one. No medium is involved. The messages come directly to the person while he or she sits with closed eyes.
The Guided Afterlife Connection unfolds naturally when a facilitator helps the person enter a state in which the connection occurs, guided by those on the next plane of life. The facilitator does not lead or prompt the person.
Eventually, as more facilitators are trained and many people have the experience of connecting with their loved ones, the perspectives of large numbers of people about the afterlife and our eternal natures will change. The result will be a change in communities, societies, and humankind. People will grieve less because they know their loved ones are alive and well, just in a different place. Humankind will live in peace and brotherhood, knowing that we are all eternal beings having a physical experience.
The Center for Spiritual Understanding is encouraging the training of facilitators and is helping people who want to connect with their loved ones to find a trained facilitator.
